The movie was shot in Australia and is based around the racial attacks on Indian students in Australia during 2009. It is the story Jai (Emraan Hashmi). His father was a gangster who wanted to reform, but was killed by the cops. When Jai grows up, Joseph (Gulshan Grover), a friend of his father, sends him to Australia.Jai knows that if he can make Suhani fall in love with him, he could eventually attain permanent residency by marrying her. Emraan Hashmi doesn’t care if he doesn’t have morals. The world’s twisted, so why should I be straight, he rationalises and moves to Australia to make his millions, by hook or by crook. But he gets embroiled in the Indian-Aussie racial war and falls in love with Neha Sharma, a student activist who tries to bridge the cultural divide between the two communities. Will the self-confessed crook turn activist too?
